These datas show that the Moneytree has successfully increased user engagement and activity levels within the app.

3. Analyzing the Metrics

Revisit Rate

The revisit rate is a metric that shows how often users return to the app within a specific period of time. After introducing the Moneytree, revisit rates climbed steadily from 57% in September to 61% in October, then 65% in November. This indicates that users find the reward structure appealing and keep coming back for more.

As revisit rates rise, users spend more time in the app, exploring the store and participating in point-accumulation activities. In turn, they’re more likely to make purchases or plan for future purchases, ultimately boosting conversions and revenue.

Repurchase Rate

The repurchase rate reflects how many users who experienced the Moneytree return to make another purchase. It is a key indicator of overall customer satisfaction. The repurchase rate steadily increased from 44% in September to 49% in October, and then to 54% in November. This suggests that the Moneytree delivers high end-user satisfaction.

With higher repurchase rates, existing customers continue to use the app and make additional purchases. This approach is more cost-effective than acquiring new customers, building long-term relationships that turn casual users into loyal customers. Because loyal customers make repeated purchases, they will stabilize revenue. Moreover, they’re more likely to recommend the app to new users, helping organically grow the user base.

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

The CTR shows how often users visit the in-app store or tap on specific activities within the app. From September to October, CTR rose by 2%, and then jumped to 12% from October to November. This means users are showing growing interest in the Moneytree’s store.

When CTR increases, users spend more time browsing products, which naturally boosts the chances of making a purchase. As they discover more ways to earn points and explore the store’s offerings, they perceive greater value in each visit that often leads to active buying behavior. Featuring a variety of products and promotions helps turn clicks into actual purchases, further driving sales.

Increase both revisit and repurchase rates to attract new users and cultivate loyal customers. Moneytree is here to help you succeed!
